Great breakfast, hot shower, comfortable bed, quiet location, helpful staff, amazing views.

Everything was spot on.

The breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel, and it's included in the price. I also loved the terrace, it had great views of the city and it was a great spot to enjoy a drink. the location was perfect, close to everything I needed.

There was no pool and I had to pay extra to use the jacuzzi. there were some confusing rules about visitors not being allowed in the rooms without an extra charge which made it difficult for my family to wait for me in the lobby.

The breakfast was outstanding, with delicious coffee, eggs, bread, cheese, juice. It was served on the top floor, and the view was fantastic. the staff in the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and able to offer recommendations for places to go in the area. The little gym was an added bonus.

The elevator was located too close to the bar/restaurant and could be uncomfortable when the hotel had events. , the sliding glass door to view outside didn't have a lock, and anyone could enter the room using a ladder to gain access.

The hotel is situated in a great location ith many sights and facilities nearby. the top floor breakfast area has a stunning view and offers a range of tasty dishes. the staff is friendly and the rooms are well equipped.

The hotel seems to have a confusing policy regarding visitors and charges.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for us. The breakfast was the best we had in our 5 months in Central and South America, with a good variety including eggs, cheese, fruit, and juice. We enjoyed the views from the top floor where it was served. The gym and terrace were great facilities that we appreciated during our stay.
